Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are securely attached to avoid processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
